FAQ’s/Help
Why are we offering classes?
Due to the degree of spiritual diversity in our current congregation we have experienced greater challenges in providing growth tools that serve the entire congregation in one large midweek gathering. Therefore, Willow provides multiple, small to mid-sized opportunities that are designed to challenge individuals to move forward in their spiritual growth.
Will regional sites be offering classes?
Each regional site will be offering classes on various days. Click on the regional button to find out what classes are offered at each site.
Is there a charge to attend a class?
There is no charge to attend a class. We do require registration in order to appropriately assign rooms as well as to serve our faculty in their preparation. There may be required reading for select courses, which will either be available for download or purchase through Seeds.
What is the difference between introductory, intermediate and advanced level classes?
Introductory: Little to no prior knowledge or study of content is needed.
Intermediate: Some prior knowledge or study of content is necessary.
Advanced: A solid knowledge base of content area is necessary. Assumptions of this knowledge will be made in the instruction.
What time do Midweek classes begin?
Classes begin at 7:15pm and end at 8:30pm at the South Barrington campus.
Why do I have to register?

Why do I need to create a user name and password to register for a class?
We ask for a user name and password so that we only have to ask for your information one time. Once you register, the computer will automatically fill in your information for you - making it easy to register for multiple classes.
What if I did not register for a class? Can I still attend?
You may still register for a class as long as there are still openings available. Additionally, all empty seats are released in each class at 7:15pm for any walk-ins. If all classes are full, there will always be a "Lakeside Class" at the South Barrington campus. This session will be held in the Lakeside Auditorium and will not require pre-work or prior attendance. Walk-ins are welcome!
