As one church, in multiple locations, Willow Creek is poised to head into the future fully surrendered to Christ and completely committed to His mission.
For more than three decades, Willow Creek has responded to God’s calling to drive a stake in the ground to redeem people and restore this world through the power of Jesus Christ. We have continuously challenged one another to live out the values and ministry evidenced in Acts chapter 2. When we surrender our lives to Christ, He immediately brings us into God’s family. When we band together as a local church, we declare our “All In” commitment to Christ as active participants in His mission through this community.

We believe everyone matters to God and that Christ’s message and ministry through the local church is the hope of the world. Together, as one family of Christ-followers, we are fully committed to living this out in our families, city, and world.
We share a common community
We were created to relate deeply with God and other people—a journey that is best traveled with others who follow Jesus. We are also called to unselfishly serve this world for God’s purposes—a mission that Christ invites all of us into as part of His church.
We share a common commitment
We believe spiritual growth is a lifelong process. Regardless of which Willow Creek campus you attend, there are five commitments that express our devotion to Christ and to each other. These declarations of devotion keep us all pointed in a common direction as we fully follow Jesus.
